Janet Clarke Hall can provide formal or informal dining for conferences in our beautiful dining hall which seats up to 100 guests for dinner. Conference organisers are only limited by their imagination and budget as to function content. Function ideas might include: simple or exotic table decorations, themed dinners, linen tablecloths and napkins and a high quality steward service. Other functions or specialty meals might include courtyard BBQs, packed lunches, cheese and fruit platters, nibbles, finger food etc.Disabled Access

The magnificent dining hall can seat 100 guests in the traditional College style seating.Janet Clarke Hall provides delicious and nutritious buffet meals. All meals feature a cooked selection and vegetarian items are always included. Special dietary requirements such as kosher, coeliac and halal can be easily accommodated. Your conference booking can be tailored to suit your program needs, with bed and breakfast options, or full board as well as catering options for non-resident conference participants. Drinks receptions can be arranged either on the courtyard (subject to the weather), or in a College reception room.
